We take care to describe properties accurately, including through 3D walkthroughs which we capture ourselves rather than relying on flattering photography. Even so, listing details — area, availability and specification — are provided by owners and developers and can change without notice.

Pricing is shared directly with enquirers rather than published on this website, and remains subject to negotiation and to the owner’s confirmation. Nothing on this website forms an offer or a contract. Please verify all details, measurements and approvals independently before committing to a transaction.

3D walkthroughs

Walkthroughs show a property as it was at the time of capture. Furnishing, condition and surroundings may change. They are a tool for shortlisting, not a substitute for a site visit before purchase.

Our fees

Brokerage is charged at standard market rates and is discussed and agreed with you before any transaction proceeds. We do not add charges that were not disclosed to you upfront.
