What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or unlock a 3D walkthrough, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, phone number or WhatsApp number, email address, and what you are looking for (area, property type, requirements).

If you accept the analytics notice, we also collect usage data about how this website is used, so we know which pages and listings people look at. See Analytics and cookies below.

Why we collect it

• To send you property listings that match what you asked for
• To arrange viewings and answer your questions
• To improve which properties we take on and how we present them

What we do not do

We do not sell your details. We do not pass them to other brokers, builders or lead-generation companies. We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are actively helping you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Analytics and cookies

This website asks before it counts visits. Nothing from Google loads until you press Accept on the notice that appears on your first visit.

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4. It sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_ followed by letters and numbers) and sends Google details of your visit: the pages you open, the buttons and forms you use (not what you type), your device type and your approximate area. Google processes this for us. We have switched off Google’s advertising features, and we do not use this data for advertising.

If you press No thanks, nothing loads and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time with the Analytics choices link at the bottom of every page.

Third-party services

This website uses OpenStreetMap to display property locations, loads typefaces from Google Fonts and the map code from unpkg, shows some pictures from Pexels, and uses a third-party service to host the 3D walkthroughs. These services may record standard technical information such as your IP address when their content loads.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the contact page and we will action it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
